First Graders are in a Tiger Cub Den along with an adult partner (Mom, Dad, etc.). They both work together on the requirements in the Tiger Cub Book. They have 2 Den Meetings a month, go on 1 field trip, and attend the monthly Pack Meeting.

2nd Grade – WOLF
Second-grade boys belong to a Wolf den. They no longer need Mom and Dad to attend weekly den meetings with them but their families can still help them work on the requirements in the Wolf Book. Parents are always welcome at Den Meetings. They have 3 monthly Den Meetings and attend the monthly Pack Meeting.

3rd Grade - BEAR
Third grade boys are in a Bear Den. They have weekly den meetings like the Wolves but their requirements are getting more difficult as they get older. They have 3 monthly Den Meetings and attend the monthly Pack Meetings.

4th & 5th Grade – WEBELOS
Boys in the 4th & 5th grade become Webelos (4th grade – Webelos I, 5th grade – Webelos II). They have weekly den meetings like the Wolves and Bears but achievements are more challenging and take more time to complete. Webelos may participate in some extra campouts with a Boy Scout Troop such as a Webelos Overnighter. Boys in the 5th grade work on the Arrow of Light Award – the highest award in Cub Scouting. Boys earning the Arrow of Light Award can graduate into a Boy Scout Troop in a special Arrow of Light Ceremony.
